Cheese Enchiladas is something that gets requested here at are our place all the time. Bailey even loves them. I just flow the recipe on the can of Old El Paso Enchiladas Sauce. I use flour tortillas instead of corn. Usually serve them with beans, rice and taco/fajita meat on the side.
