Galveston: Days 5 & 6

Day five mom and I spent Christmas and birthday shopping. Was a whirle wind, but we got it all finished. Then had a nice family dinner at Gaido's.

Day six was Thanksgiving and we tried something new. We let Kroger do the cooking. That's right, our Thanksgiving dinner came in a big box that we just had to heat up and it was delicious!

What a great week! It will be a Thanksgiving to remember :0)

Galveston: Day 4

Day four we went to Space Center Houston!

We took the tram tour in the rain.

Toured the Johnson's Space Center.

Did all the hands on activities for the kids.

The kids even rode the simulate. I'm looking forward to Day five. Shopping day for me and mom!

Galveston: Day 1

For Thanksgiving week, my Great Aunt Ginny invited to go to Galveston for the week. She also invited my folks. We stayed at the Silverleaf's Sea Side Resort. The resort had a mini golf course and Grandma and the kids started with a round of golf.

After a few rounds of mini golf, we went to the Rainforest Cafe to celebrate my dad's and Bailey's birthdays.

Here is Aunt Ginny and my mom with Cha! Cha! - The adventurous and brave red-eyed tree frog.

To top off the meal, we ordered a volcano. Then it was off to Moody Garden's and the festival of lights.What a fun filled day. Going to the beach tomorrow :0)
