Since Earth Day, Bailey has been on the recycling band wagon. Before we moved to Houston, I did recycle. Not sure why it is harder here, but it is. It took forever to get our recycle bin from Waste Management. They had me marked down as having already received it and we never got it. So, after a month of waiting, the Barger’s are finally “officially” recycling.
A fun Earth Day DVD is Schoolhouse Rock: Earth. It is the same Schoolhouse Rock that I remember as a child, but with some new songs and characters. Click here to see a short video clip.

I need to get this video - will is forever talking about recycling and he is so disappointed that we do not do as much as he would like. I need to get a bin for it and then take it to the library...that is fun to see Bailey get so excited about that and really take charge!
